For Authors:
Authors are required to disclose the use of generative artificial intelligence (AI) and AI-assisted technologies (such as ChatGPT, Large Language Models, etc.) in the writing of a manuscript, the production of images, or the collection/analysis of data.

• Disclosure Requirement: If such technologies are used, authors must state this clearly in a dedicated section of the manuscript prior to submission (e.g., in a separate "AI Declaration" or within the Acknowledgments). The declaration should specify the tool used, the reason for its use, and how it was applied.
• Authorship: AI and AI-assisted tools cannot be listed as an author or co-author on any manuscript submitted to the journal. Authorship implies responsibilities and tasks that can only be attributed to and performed by humans.
• Accountability: Authors remain fully accountable and responsible for the originality, accuracy, validity, and integrity of the content of their manuscript, including any part generated or assisted by AI.

For Reviewers and Editors:
Reviewers and editors are strictly prohibited from uploading submitted manuscripts or any part of them into generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT or other AI platforms) during the peer-review process. Doing so violates the confidentiality of the peer-review process and compromises intellectual property rights
